CSR Initiatives
SLREF (Socio Legal Research & Education Foundation) is an independent, nonprofit organization based in New Delhi. SLREF is a trust registered under the Indian trusts Act, 1882. SLREF was established with the primary objectives of conducting law and policy research on various aspects of socio-legal problems in the society with an emphasis on tourism, environment, and forests.

ADOPT A VILLAGE
SLREF as an NGO is assisting in the rehabilitation and infrastructure development of the village Narainkoti, District Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand since 2013 immediately after flashfloods strike. The objective is to showcase rural life, art, culture and heritage at rural locations and in villages, which have core competence in art & craft, handloom, and textiles as also an asset base in the natural environment. The intention is to benefit the local community economically and socially as well as enable interaction between tourists and local population for a mutually enriching experience.
