Set out hereinafter is the policy of Company regarding collection, uses, processing, disclosure and control of personal information of its users, which is made available to the Company on account of your access and use of its website and the mobile application’ (together the “Platform”) and by way of e-mail, text and other communications between you and the Company. In the event of any data breach of your information, you agreed to not hold us responsible for such breach or seek damages or compensation for any actual or consequential losses. The Company also disclaims its liability in respect of any breach of your information due to breach of technology on a third party site or link, which you have access to, even if such third party link was hosted on our Platform.
Termination
The Company may change or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to, suspend, downgrade or terminate your online account for any reason, without notice. Upon suspension or termination of your online account, including in case you chose to terminate or delete your online account, you shall immediately stop using the Platform. Upon termination of your relationship with the Company, the Company shall terminate your access to your online account, however, the information already shared with us shall remain with us and may be utilised for the purpose specified herein or for defending the rights or property of the Company, even after termination of your relationship with the Company.

Exchange Policy
We strictly follow NO QUESTIONS ASKED return / replacement policy in case items received by you are leaked, broken, damaged or expired within 3 hours of delivery. In that case, we shall be happy to replace the product at no extra cost or refunds can be provided if you don’t want the product to be replaced. Return & Refund Policy
At Farmers Family, we have a very strict quality control on products and make sure they are of superior quality, properly checked, hygienically washed and packed before it reaches you. Still, in exceptional circumstances, if you are not satisfied with the quality of delivery, you can refuse to accept products at time of delivery or call us back within 3 hours of delivery for replacement. We wouldbe grateful to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refunds Possible only if you received a defective item and do not want replacement OR the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.Refund for your prepaid or online payments shall be sent back to your credit/debit card/netbanking as per your mode of payment in 8-10 working days time. If you want refund back to your “Family wallet” it will be done in 24-48 hours.
